As the president of Passion Parties, Inc., Davis has spearheaded the organization's growth to North America's premier sensual products party planning company. Davis brings more than 33 years of experience to the position and has worked at all levels in the direct marketing and party plan industry.

Davis' first introduction to Passion Parties came at a time when she was president of Network Marketing Tutor, Inc., a resource center that provides training and consulting services for professionals in the network marketing and direct sales industry. At the organization, as founder and president, Davis worked as an advisor and led management seminars on strategies for improving performance and maximizing sales. Passion Parties contacted her about sharing her experience and expertise with the then, very young organization. After three years as an outside business consultant, Davis was asked to take over as president of the company. During her first three years as president, Davis led Passion Parties to continued success. The company has experienced a rapid growth rate of 50 percent each month for nearly three years.
